Decision Lab Workshop

Bring the decision your team can’t afford to get wrong.

In one structured session, expose stakeholder resistance, challenge the current lean, and leave with an executive-ready artifact your team can act on.

$1,000USD, one decision
Two ways to start

The Workshop begins with one of two Decision Lab modes.

Do you already have a decision?
Yes — I have a direction

Pressure-Test a Decision

Find what breaks before the market does.

You have a current direction or defined options and need to know what could break, what must be true, and where stakeholders will resist.

Not yet — I’m still framing it

Exploratory Q&A

Find the decision worth making.

You need to explore an issue or opportunity, uncover themes and tensions, and identify the decision that should come next.

The path beyond the workshop

Three workshops. One month. A repeatable way to make better-supported decisions.

The 30-Day Decision Lab Pilot gives your team 3 workshops, one core team of up to 5 people, and custom company personas—one artifact per workshop, over 30 days.

$5,000USD, 30 days

Ongoing Decision Operating System support is available beyond the pilot — described qualitatively here; applicable pricing is shown in the application before you commit.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who should participate in a workshop?
The people closest to the decision and accountable for its outcome — typically the decision owner plus the leaders whose teams would be affected by it. Up to five people for a core team is typical.
Who owns the work after the workshop?
You do. The Decision Brief, stakeholder set, and recommendations are yours to use, share internally, and act on however you see fit.
What happens after the first workshop?
You receive your Decision Brief and recommended next actions. Many teams use a single Workshop to resolve one decision; others move into the 30-Day Decision Lab Pilot or an ongoing engagement to keep pressure-testing decisions as they come up.
What happens after I click "Pressure-Test a Decision"?
You'll enter the Strategical application, create an account, and set up company context. From there, Strategical builds your stakeholder set, and you'll see the applicable pricing before creating your first workshop — nothing is charged on this website.
